- B.E. (EEE/ECE) graduate with (0-2) years of experience as a New Product Introduction/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the EMS sector.
- Practical experience in these areas: NPI (New Product Introduction), ECO (Engineering Change Order management), BOM (Bill of Materials) Management.
- Practical experience with any PLM software associated with the ECO process.
- Strong written and verbal communication proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Skills in coaching and mentoring
