Recruitment Process in IBM

 IBM conducts four rounds of interviews for IBM freshers hiring. 

  • Written Round
  • Technical Round
  • HR Round

Written Round

  • The writing round consists of two parts namely the general aptitude, the numerical series and the English assessment. 
  • For the number series and the general aptitude round the time allotted is around 2 hrs 15 minutes.
  • The English writing round time allotted is 20 minutes. 
  • There is no time allotted for each question as the questions are of objective type.

Technical Round 

  • The students who clear the aptitude round are selected for the next round that is the technical round.
  • There is no specific topic to be chosen.
  • You can expect any questions from any topic depending upon the panel of recruitment.
