- B.E. (EEE/ECE) / M.Sc (Physics / ECS) graduate with (0 – 2) years of experience as an NPI/ECO Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the EMS sector.
- Practical experience in these areas: ECO (Engineering Change Order management), NPI (New Product Introduction), and BOM (Bill of Materials) management.
- Practical experience with any PLM software associated with the ECO process.
- Great written and verbal communication abilities in English ARE REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Skills in coaching and mentoring
