Rapyuta-robotics Off-Campus Drive 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, including incident response, root cause analysis, threat hunting, SIEM monitoring, malware analysis, and phishing response.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Purview, DLP, Exchange Online Security, and Secure Score management.
- Knowledge of endpoint and infrastructure security using Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, EDR, BitLocker, FileVault, and patch and vulnerability management.
- Understanding of compliance and governance frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, risk management, security audits, security policies, awareness, and vendor risk assessment.
- Knowledge of identity and access management, including RBAC, PAM, access reviews, and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
- Experience with security engineering practices such as Secure SDLC, security architecture reviews, cloud security assessments, secure configuration management, and DevSecOps support.
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar, LogRhythm, and Elastic SIEM.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tools including Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7 InsightVM, and OpenVAS.
- Understanding of email security technologies including Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and anti-phishing policies.
- Familiarity with security assessment tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, and Metasploit.
- Preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, SC-200, SC-300, and AZ-500.
- Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to communicate security incidents, risks, vulnerabilities, and recommended solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skill with the ability to work effectively with security, IT, development, compliance, and business teams.
- Ability to document incidents, security procedures, assessment findings, and remediation recommendations clearly and accurately.
