- A person with foundational knowledge of software testing principles and the software development lifecycle/testing lifecycle.
- Acquainted with the PEGA platform and the testing process at a basic level.
- Familiar with test case creation methods and the defect life cycle.
- Familiarity with automation concepts; having experience with PEGA test automation, Selenium, or comparable tools is beneficial.
- Adept at functioning in Agile/Scrum delivery settings.
- Methodical, focused on details, and skilled in precise documentation.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to discover new tools and technologies.
- Assured in both spoken and written communication as well as teamwork.
- Possesses 0–2 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a preference for experience in testing PEGA applications.
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a similar technical field.
- PEGA certification (CSA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
