- B.E. (EEE/ECE) graduate with 0–2 years of experience working as an NPI/ECO Engineer in manufacturing, preferably within the EMS industry.
- Practical experience in the areas of NPI (New Product Introduction), ECO (Engineering Change Order management), and BOM (Bill of Materials) Management. Practical experience with any PLM software associated with the ECO process.
- Written and verbal communication abilities are needed.
