Eligibility Criteria For Freshers

  • Only full-time courses will be considered.
  • Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline(CSE/ECE/IT/CIVIL/ME/EEE etc.)
  • A candidate must have graduated from a recognised university.
  • A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th and Diploma.
  • A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation and post-graduation.
  • A candidate must not have any pending backlogs at the time of the interview process.

  • If the candidate has attended the interview for the past 6 months from the date of the new application then he/she will be ineligible to apply.
  • Once the candidate has been rejected in the interview then he/she will not be able to apply for 6 months after the interview.
  • If Wipro has not accepted the candidate’s application, then the candidate cannot apply for the interview process.
  • If the candidate cannot make it for attending the interview, he/she can hold the right for rescheduling the interview process.

Designations

Wipro  uses the band designation pattern. Their employees are clubbed under five bands A, B, C, D, E based on experience and seniority while freshers fall under grade A. Once the fresher completes one year he will be promoted to B level.

Wipro fresher recruitment  follows a series of rounds  as follows.

Round 1: Quantitative Aptitude:There will be 16 questions and 16mins of time for quants. The logical reasoning questions will be 14 and the time for each question is one min ie 14 mins. Verbal aptitude questions are 22 in 18 mins.

Round 2: Essay Writing: You should be prepared for an essay on a single subject. The subjects chosen should be a technical one and make sure the essay is grammatical error-free, a good organisation that is the structure of the essay, perfect diction that is grammar, punctuations and spelling errors, innovative ideas, vocabulary perfection, versatility in framing the sentences.

Round 3: Coding: There will be two coding questions in the round which includes general coding for the time span of 20 mins and DSA coding for the time span of 40 mins. You may be asked to write the logic of a program specified in the question. Languages allowed for the coding are C, C++, Java, Python, and so on
